A new taste to a local market

Founded by a former Italian resident, Malden is rooted in cross-cultural integration and a deep passion for the culinary arts. The brand name itself is composed of family initials, reflecting a core value deeply shared by both Italian and Ethiopian cultures. Moving beyond its original suburban roots, Malden embarked on a comprehensive branding and interior modification process to establish a sophisticated, landmark destination designed specifically for the diaspora and international community.
