Project & Payment Terms

All client projects are governed by a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). The following general terms apply unless superseded by a signed agreement:

• A deposit of 50% is required to commence work on any project.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are released.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month on overdue balances.
• All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Scope changes must be agreed in writing and may affect project timeline and cost.
